5 years ago, I was probably in a similar stage of my life as you are now but more than likely was in a worse position.I was a 210 pound, divorced , 27 year old with two daughters, an ankle bracelet, a house in pre-foreclosure and a $9 an hour job.It was fucking embarrassing.I hated myself, my life and what I saw every time I looked in the mirror.I was becoming everything I never wanted to be.


This is me now!

I'm a lean 178 pounds.I have abs like a mf.My shirts hug my chest and arms and I LOVE what I see in the mirror.And more than just that, I'm fucking proud of myself.It took a lot of hard work to reach this point.


Here's The Thing Though...

When I started out on this journey I did EVERYTHING WRONG.I lifted weights that were way too heavy for me, far too often with really poor form.
That resulted in multiple lingering issues including my lower back, my left knee, my left ankle and my left shoulder that all still hurt to this day
I just kinda ate what I wanted to eat. I tried to eat "healthy" but I definitely didn't know what I was doing.I didn’t stretch. I barely slept. I didn’t warm up. No fruit or veggies.The list goes on and on.


After a few years of trial and error and getting myself decent results, I finally decided to hire a coach and while he got me better results than I got myself, I really wasn’t fond of some of the stuff he had me doing.

It was at that point I realized that I needed to make the jump and the investment and get myself certified so I was equipped with the knowledge I needed to get people EPIC transformations and that’s exactly what I did.While I was taking the courses, I was also applying the knowledge I was gaining to my own fitness journey and the results were pretty incredible.I lost 50 pounds in 5 months and could see muscle and definition that I didn't know that I had.I was pretty fucking happy with the results.


But it didn’t only work for me, I also coached my girlfriend Darian with the same program and she lost around 25 pounds in 12 weeks and also got fucking shredded!

THERE IS NO SECRET!I invested in myself and acquired the education I needed.I put together a SOLID training program.AND WE EXECUTED LIKE A MF!!And I want to help you do the exact same thing because the truth is If I would have had the current version of myself helping me when I first started my fitness journey I would have gotten to my goal quicker, with fewer setbacks and a lot less injuries.

First things first: When it comes to burning fat and transforming your body NUTRITION IS KING

If you want to see results and see them as quickly as possible your nutrition NEEDS to be on point.A lot of coaches like to use a flexible dieting approach with their clients so it gives them the feel of not dieting when dieting.The reason I don't take that approach is because YOU DON’T NEED FLEXIBILITY RIGHT NOW.You need rules, guidelines and someone to hold you accountable and that’s exactly what I’m here to do.I will set you up with a meal plan to follow for the first two weeks so you can get the hang of eating the amount of food as well as the types of foods you need to be eating to burn fat, build muscle and feel healthier overall . ( I recommend eating the same 10-15 foods all the time or prepping 2 different meals for the week and switching when you get tired of them)After the first few weeks (or whenever you are ready) I will teach you how to track your calories and macronutrients in an app called MyFitnessPal so you are able to do this for the rest of your life and not just while you’re working with me.


Next in line is your training plan

I will set you up with a 12 week training program that will be broken down into three 4 week blocks and will correspond with your fitness goals, the amount of days you can work out per week, your training experience and the type of equipment you have. (a gym membership is recommended).Your workouts will be stored inside my training app and have instructional videos for every exercise so you know exactly what to do.


The third and most important component of this program is the accountability I provide!!

You will get access to my personal coaching app which will allow you to have 1 on 1 communication with me on a daily basis!All of your workouts, meal plans, progress pics, etc will be stored in the app.I will also be able to see what workouts you’ve done, what you’ve eaten, how you are progressing.Every two weeks we will hop on call and talk about how you’re doing, what you need to work on and how we can adjust.
